I have been taking this product for nearly 2 months. Slowly getting a little earlier to bed, also sleeping so much better. Even if I have to get up to go to the toilet, I go back to sleep. So grateful for 6-8 hours sleep instead of 3-5. Thank you.

The most effective sleep assistance I’ve used without side/morning after effects. Sleepzz work reliably for me for three to four hours, so I don’t take one after about three in the morning. Absolutely worth a try if you have trouble sleeping.

I think these are slowly helping, I've been only taking them for 2 weeks but I feel a more restful sleep is enjoyed. I'm looking forward to seeing the long term affect. I will give 4* with the hope to soon see 5*

I have weened myself of Quetia 25g. Sleeping a lot better with sleepzzz. Still not perfect but definitely better.

I was sceptical,as i have tried many tablets prescribed and over the counter, sprays,oils etc this tablet has definitely made a difference instead of waking up at least 10times a night i am waking up only about 2 . I was sceptical about these working but was totally surprised. Not only do I have no trouble falling asleep but I struggle to keep my eyes open watching tv after I have taken one. While I still wake up sometimes I have no trouble getting back to sleep at all. And I have a deep sleep. I got the trial pack initially and now I am a regular buyer

Finally I discovered something that’s helping me sleep deep.

I couldn’t believe how good these tablets are. Got to the third night & found I had slept 6 hrs for the first time ever.
I suffer from bad sleep pattern. Get up & down to toilet all night. Then can’t get back to sleep. I believe these tablets are letting me get to sleep quickly & staying asleep for several hours. I still get up to toilet but fall back to sleep quickly. I just purchased 6 weeks supply from local chemist.

I find It takes a few hrs to fall asleep but I get a better sleep when I do overall much improved on what it was before

Sleepzzz is amazing. I fall asleep quicker and when I wake up during the night, I go back to sleep way quicker than I did before. I am getting more deep sleep too.

Started taking these tablets, have always had trouble sleeping, but now I’m having a better sleep and waking up less during the night.

I started with one tablet a night, until I had ordered more, as the information provided suggested a change for those in my situation.
This does take time, and while I initially thought that there was no improvement I can say that I am now reaping the benefits. Although I do feel that this may be a long process I am prepared to give it a few months at least. I am looking forward to continued improvement in my sleep journey.

I tried so many sleep pills potions liquids. Nothing really helps. Even prescribed medication. I was very sceptical but when you are so desperate to get some sleep any sleep an hour or two you try anything . So I purchased the 14 day trial. First night not much happened 2nd night a couple hours by the 3rd night I fell asleep and had a good 5 hours sleep. That is good for me. I will be buying some more. Thank you Sleepzzz
