I have had insomnia for 20 years. Si had so much trouble falling asleep to the point that i hated going to bed. I would literally lay there for 5 or 6 hours, all night without going to sleep, and panicking at having to get up and go to work tired the next day. Sleepzzz has helped me alot, and i was a hard case!! It wasn't a magic potion for me but i saw improvements from day 1 in my sleep and i have been persevering. I have now been taking it every night for 4 weeks now and i find i am falling asleep within 30 min - 1 hr of getting into bed which is something i never thought i'd be able to do. Sleepzzz makes me yawn and feel tired, which is half my battle,. I also use it while listening to youtube.com relaxation music and sleep meditations and honestly it is doing womders for me and is re-training mu brsin and sleep patterns. It has been patchy on a couple of nights but that's my anxiety rearing up. Sleepzzz does relax you, make you feel calm and tired. I will definitely keep taking them, i've just ordered another 5 weeks worth. I wish i had have known about this 20 years avo and could ha e saved myself 20 years of anxiety, panic, frustration and tears. I love that it's natural and i don't have to drink wine to fall asleep!
While I don’t get much sleep in total due to having 3 kids. I’m sleeping better with the little amount and waking up refreshed. It’s been fantastic and will be buying more ASAP!!!
I must admit I was quite dubious when I purchased my sample pack of sleepzzz. I’m pleasantly surprised. I am sleeping very well and wake up refreshed. So well worth trying.

I found Sleepzzz at the counter I'm the pharmacy and decided to try them, on a day when I was absolutely exhausted from waking up in the night and not being able to get back to sleep for hours. I would lie there listening to the clock chime every quarter hour and get more and more stressed that the time I had left to actually get more sleep was getting smaller and smaller, which made it impossible to relax and get any more sleep! With these, from the first night, yes I still wake up but I go back to sleep in minutes, I feel much more relaxed and I'm not eaking up exhausted. Absolutely recommend giving SleepZZZ a go!!
Sleeping much better and happier during the day
