I am not totally convinced yet but I do think my initial first 5 hours has changed for the better but still intervals of sleep and awake after that. Still worth persisting

Finally something that works as promised
I was sceptical when I brought them online but for the price they were worth a try.
I was taking phenergan a couple of times a week to catch up on missed sleep but you wake up groggy next day and it takes a while to shake of.
But after a few days of taking sleepzzz I noticed I was sleeping more soundly and waking up refreshed and after the 2 week trial I notice a marked change on my sleep monitor instead of recording just 30 minutes of deep sleep I am now recording several hours a night and the difference is very noticeable.
They sell these at my local pharmacy and I bought myself a 5 pack and it is now a part of my evening medication routine.

Ureka IT WORKS

Initially I was sceptical as there is a lot of rubbish peddled on the internet. I decided it's only $10 and I could really use a good night's sleep. The first night I took one tablet and received a pleasant surprise when I actually slept for 5 hrs straight which I haven't done in along time. As I suffer from sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine at night as I stop breathing in my sleep I was a little concerned but I have used all 14 tablets and couldn't be happier. I sleep better /

I definitely sleep better since starting to take SLEEP ZZZ.. my GP recommended them and it definitely helps with sleeping. If I take them as recommended 1 hour before bedtime I go to bed feeling tired and sleepy. There is still work to do as I am a bad sleeper but I have improved a lot and I feel good on most days

I have been taking Sleepzzz for over 12 months now. Whilst my sleep pattern can still be erratic at times, getting 5 hours straight sleep is a bonus for me. Okay, I've tried herbal teas, all sorts of chemist remedies. Did they work to help me sleep? Nah! So then it was meditation music, getting on the slops, and a bit of jiggy jig.. Didn’t help either ( well sometimes it did😜)
