I just love these I have stopped taking melatonin and prescription sleepers one of these tabuand I sleep 8 hrs without waking up throughout the night.
After taking a prescription medicine (not 'sleeping tablets') for some time now and getting reasonable results but with sometimes significant side effects, I decided to try a natural alternative that had a decent amount of reviews. The result wasn't instant but I feel its made a significant difference but without the side effects. ON one of the not so great nights I might still wake up but easily roll over and go back to sleep. I feel refreshed in the morning without some of the issues experienced prior. It may not be the solution for everyone but after trying a few options felt this pone has made the most difference.
